Nokia 5800
The newest model in the Nokia 5800 colour range has now been launched as a Pay As You Go phone, the Nokia 5800 Chrome edition is the 5th colour variant from the 5800 XpressMusic series and swaps the plastic feel casing for a new chrome finish.
Joining the existing 5800 ‘Comes with Music, red, blue and silver editions the new Chrome Nokia 5800 was first released on November 9th on T-Mobile tariffs, this is the first time that this much sought after colour variant has been available without having to sign up to a contract deal.
The Nokia 5800 Chrome XpressMusic phone features a 3.2 inch touch screen and the current and latest S60 interface, particularly adapted for touch control. The camera on the Nokia 5800 is a 3.2 mega pixel unit with a bright dual LED flash. This is a extraordinary music phone. Supporting microSD memory cards up to 16GB there’s enough of storage for music and video files.
There’s also an accelerometer, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack(for using your own headphones), FM radio and a TV out port for watching videos or playing the internal free games on your big screen. The screen provides fast navigation and web pages can be dragged with a finger swipe or zoomed towards with a double tap on the screen. The chrome Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic has also offers 3G, HSDPA and Wi-Fi. There’s also an internal GPS receiver and the touchscreen version of Nokia Maps is pre-installed.
